Description: The Duller was discovered in 1983 by Agent Poundsly and Agent Bucks while on a mission to a compound in [DATA EXPUNGED], the "Duller" is currently being researched by Dr. Charlotte Montegue, and Dr. Prismera Gallopsly, the Duller consists of a large 2 x 3 metre 3.5 Petabyte hard-drive with a monitor and keyboard connected opposite of the operating end of the device along with a small cylindrical device of device of unknown origin and composition on top which is, on further analysis, connected to the entire device, seemingly being the thing that makes it function, at the front, three seperate skin-electrodes are present, each one intended for both sides of the head, and the back, the computer terminal itself only contains 3 apps,
"Cables" which releases and reels in the wires for easy cleanup
"Read" which serves to scan the subjects brain and access memories, thoughts, and emotional state.
"Desaturate", the main feature of the Duller, it serves to delete functions of the brain such as Freewill,
When desaturated, subjects will be drained of their color and a partial limbic shutdown, the drained are known to be incredibly obidient, often putting themselves in danger for the task given, they also seem to possess the ability to withstand any non-fatal pain given to them.
The Research Ethics and Practicality commitee has approved further research, but only on selected subjects/employees.
