Description: The slumbering titan's body was found in 1943 when the Head scientist for the "Grennoulian Private Development Initiative" (The precursor to the GBI) Dr. John Corporal was overseeing a test of a drilling machine which would lead its still sleeping body being discovered deep within the bowels of the mountain, The slumbering titan, officially known as "Kannon" (Translated from the Ancient Lillian phrase "Kah-Non" (which means Great Destroyer) which was engraved on the inside of it's mouth) measures 221 Metres in height and about 3100 kilograms in weight, it's Outer layer is made out of a hard darkened as of yet unidentified volcanic rock while it's inner-layer consists of a steel titanium alloy of unknown construction the inner-most layer is made up of a constantly melting pit of lava, this is persumed to be what powers the being, due to the ammount of lava having decreased by a margin of 4.7% since 1945, the current ammount is 49.3%, a method of "Refueling" is currently being devised.
Kannon can utilise it's internal lava as a form of self-defense, spewing it out at anything it deems a vital threat, as of Incident: 03/11/54, Kannon has been reclassified as Seraphim level due to both the threat of reawakening and the difficulty of stopping it
On the 3rd of november 1954, Kannon was displaying unusual behaviour, which was mainly thrashing and more movement then usual. at 21:34 Kannon had waken up fully, in a confused stupor they ended up breaking out of the top of the mountain and climbing out. when they made it to kakutoshi city, where they displayed passive, almost child like behavior while walking through the streets of the city, before they were hit in the face by a beam of light which caused a hostile response from the creature, causing them to smack away the helicopter causing 32 fatalities (4 from the helicopter, 28 from the office the helicopter struck), This prompted an almost immediate response from the military which viewed this as an attack from a hostile nation, 26 Tanks and 6 fighter jets from the Dit-z D00, military base were dispatched. Kannon was struck into a frenzy, when the military arrived 2 hours later, most of the city had been destroyed, except for a few buildings, including "the holy church of she who laughs" and "The Creatresses congregation", it is unknown if this is a coincidence or not, the military only lasted 5 hours before the last tank was destroyed and the city was in ashes, this is also when we learnt about it's ability to spew molten lava from it's "mouth", during the attempted defense, kannon took out 12 tanks by shooting out a high pressure stream of lava which quickly flooded the street, burying the tanks underneath a thick layer of molten glass and stone. after another hour of waiting, it began to walk back to the mountain, resting back within it's cave once again,
later, it was discovered that someone had sneaked into the cave after a majority of the scientists left, asking it to "Visit the nearest town and teach them a lesson." as of current, we have no method of asertaining their identity.
